Learn how to laugh
Dr. Anderson uses many techniques to help people live better. One approach is teaching people how to laugh like actors do. Even if you start out just acting like you are laughing, you can so be laughing for real. The same is true of many other ways we communicate. When learning new, more productive, behaviors you often need to fake it ’til you make it.
