Faster, cheaper and no travel … are the features that have customers signing up for our new product before it is even officially announced. The beginning of the description is below. (Email me at Tom.Mungavan@ChangeMasters.com if you would like the longer PDF description.)

Change Masters’ globally renowned coaching processes provide pragmatic results to clients around the world. We have continued to innovate and enhance our coaching processes based on our customers’ needs. We have heard them voice a need for more targeted coaching, delivered cost effectively, with reduced travel time.

That is why we have combined the best from multiple products we have delivered in the past to create “well-tested innovation” called the Focused Changes Coaching Process.

We know from experience that when talented clients want significant improvement in certain focused areas, we are very fast and effective in coaching them to success.  We also have over thirty years of coaching and ten years of providing successful remote coaching using videoconferencing and other tools.

For the right client and one focus area, this is a big win in terms of time and money saved in achieving rapid improvement!  Clients choose from one of the focus areas below, the full process is done remotely, and we know from past experience that this process is very effective when used properly.  The seven potential focus areas are:

  1. Mastering Your Non-Verbal Impact: “That’s not what I meant!”
  2. Selling Your Ideas/Team: Better influencing of people in complex organizations.
  3. Setting Clear Expectations: Holding people accountable.
  4. Mastering Concise, Compelling Content: Get to the point and get heard!
  5. Building Respectful Relationships: Attaining results with and through others.
  6. Engaged Listening: Showing genuine empathy, interest, and respect.
  7. Inspiring Others: Showing powerful motivation and praise.
